From American basketball courts to the AFL arena, Hugh Greenwood's journey is anything but ordinary. This 191cm Tasmanian devil is an inside midfielder for North Melbourne, but has played pro around the world. After years rising through the basketball ranks and making a name for himself stateside, Hugh returned home to take on the AFL. In 2021 an MCL tear threatened to sideline him, but Hugh's commitment to recovery and consistent use of his RE3 kept him agile and on the field.

PREPARATION IS KEY

Being an elite athlete means facing heavy tackles. Hugh's warm-up routine incorporates dynamic stretches and plyometric drills to improve agility and prepare his body for the rigours of the game. RE3 goes in the freezer the night before.

Keep Reactive
