WARRANTY & RETURNS

Our range of Ice Compression Packs have been designed and built to last. But sometimes the unexpected happens.

We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@re3.global and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Freeze both ICE CORE BLANKETS overnight, for best results.

Insert 1 blanket into the neoprene brace (alternate as required).

Apply to the intended area for recovery.

Put your brace (with the frozen blanket inside) into your waterproof case, for ICE COMPRESSION on the go.

My RE3 arrived very promptly following my order. I have only used it for one day and it has provided quite a lot of relief for the arthritic pain in my knee already. It is very cold - almost painfully so - on first application so I put it over my leggings rather than directly next to the skin. It was less cold on the second application. I was concerned about nerve damage from prolonged application of intense cold so timed taking it off after 20 minutes and left it at least half an hour before reapplying. It is much heavier and bulkier than I had expected and it does seem to slip down my leg when walking so I have to re-tighten the straps when moving around. It is very handy to have the back-up spare ice pack in the freezer to swap them around. All in all much better than towels and ice cubes in plastic, or any other pharmacy-sold ice packs, both or which are messy and slip around. Thank you for your product which cleverly combines compression and cold.
