- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@re3.global and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Quality of the pack itself is great first of all.
The pack surrounds the entire shoulder and cools it well. If putting over a t shirt I recommend adding a towel or a layer in between as it's crazy cold even after leaving it out for 10mins.
The pack is huge so I use it for my back too as it covers a lot of surface. I also use it for my foot. Great purchase!!!

the RE3 Shoulder Pack seems the best cold therapy so far, but the shoulder is hard to fit in the best of circumstances and the RE3 fits the best. Sizing is about right, until someone comes up with a custom rig it is going to be whatever works the best, and the RE3 seems best.

Yes I was sceptical read through lots of reviews before making my decision as I wanted something easy for my husband to use as I would be working. I liked the idea of it staying cold for alot longer than the frozen peas 😄 or other cold packs that we have that don't stay cold for that long.
From the point of purchase communication was good and contact by email and phone was excellent and they helped me immensely.
The quality of the product blew me away with how well made the product. Its a quality product and the 2 ice packs which then you can alternate and have continued ice for hours and hours
