- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

I purchased the RE3 ankle/ wrist/ elbow pack specifically for my ( permanently) damaged ankle.
I am very happy with the sturdy construction and the clever design. I use the back to reduce pain and swelling on my ankle, and also on the bottom of my feet.
I drive a manual car which can exacerbate my difficulties with regard to my damaged ankle- so I use the RE3 as an iced brace when driving for any distance.
I have already recommended this product to several people who have suffered similar injuries ( compound fractures of the leg and ankle)

I have both this and the knee pack. They are both fantastic, plenty of strap length for larger people. The second ice pack is great. Have used them after knee and ankle surgery, and ongoing for arthritis. Highly recommend
