Click & Collect
Christmas RE3 HQ Closure
Click & Collect will be unavailable from 12 noon Monday 22 December to 12 January while our HQ is closed for the holiday period. All online orders will continue to be packed and shipped as normal.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1pm (excluding Victorian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (excluding Victorian public holidays) will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Fees
For all Australian orders, shipping is charged from AUD $13–$35, depending on the total weight of your order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery timeframes begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email, not from the time your order is placed.
