Click & Collect
Click and collect or in-store pick up is available from our head office in Albert Park, Melbourne. Orders are generally ready within 24 hrs of order placement. We will advise otherwise.
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1pm (excluding Victorian public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm (excluding Victorian public holidays) will be dispatched on the next business day.

If you require a pack immediately, we recommend contacting your nearest RE3 stockist to check availability. Most supply our best-selling Knee Ice Compression Pack other packs vary.
Delivery Fees
For all Australian orders, shipping is charged from AUD $13–$35, depending on the total weight of your order.
We endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery timeframes begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email, not from the time your order is placed.
