WARRANTY & RETURNS

- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

It's too early for me to review the function of the RE3 as I don't have knee surgery till next week. However, the product is incredibly well made and fits well. The ice packs are in the freezer. It's conveniently packaged. I'll let you know later how it functions.

Absolutely recommend this product. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I used an ice machine in hospital after Total Knee Replacement last week and was unimpressed. I came home in pain , red shiny and swollen. Not too mention they knocked it over twice and flooded the room. Used my RE3 knee brace as soon as I got home, the pain relief was so good and the swelling by the next day was dramatically reduced. After icing I tested it in the storage bag provided and it was still ice cold and could have been reused hours later in this weather.
You will however need good muscles to undo the straps. Those things will not come off on their own 😂
