- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Omg so I have down big straining a slight tearing of my knee requiring no surgery but rest, and ice. I am able to get up and walk but still like having ice on my knee to help swelling and pain. I am soo glad I purchased from RE3 because the quality is absolutely insane, it comes with a fancy travel bag, and the ice packs are very good quality and when they freeze they are still soft so they can mould around your body and they freeze quick and stay frozen for ages. It is so comfortable having it around my knee and I can walk around with it and because it’s black it’s not that noticeable either. I wear it for bed and it also adds support for my knee whilst sleeping as it snuggly wraps my knee. I love the 3 straps and the super sticky Velcro which sticks well and it’s big enough for my whole knee.
