- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

Very happy with the product purchased .
I recently had a Total knee replacement and before I had it done, I was talking to people that procedure done and they said ice is your best friend going forward.
So doing a lot research, I came across the knee brace RE3 knee brace, purchased the RE3 Ice compression pack, was very unshorn if it was a solid investment or not considering the price of the item.
I received the RE3 Ice compression pack, when I open it up I thoroughly impressed on the quality of the wrap, packaging of the carry bag of the brace and the thickness of plastic of the ice sheet .
I knew that when I wrapped around my knee this was going to be good and not have to worry about would it leak or not.
The material is thick but comfortable to wear for a longer period and it's big enough to move up the leg or down to help with swelling and bruising.
Value for the money, since using it for a few weeks now and after my knee replacement, I feel it has been very comfortable and steady for my recovery and when I get my other knee done I know what I will be using.
