We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at help@re3compression.com and we will issue you with a warranty request form. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will issue you with a RMA – Return Material Authorization Number. The RMA and the original sales receipt must be included with your item. We will contact you to arrange collection at a time that suits you.

The Knee Has Two Sizes, Which Is the Correct Size for Me?

The easiest way to choose the right pack is to measure your thigh circumference about 10cm above your kneecap. This tells you whether you need the standard pack or the pack with extra long straps.

How Do I Measure My Knee for the Correct Size?

Using a tape measure, measure around the widest part of your thigh just above the knee. If your measurement is under 60 cm, choose the Standard size. If it's 60 cm or more, choose the Extra Length version, which provides an additional 10 cm of circumference. How tall you are, does not affect sizing.
