Our RE3 ICECORE™ Blanket for Knee, Arm, and Leg packs is an ideal addition for those requiring frequent icing, such as post-surgery recovery. Designed to fit perfectly inside the RE3 Knee Ice Compression Pack, it allows additional targeted cold therapy multiple times a day.
WHY IS THE ICB ISO GOOD?
The Patented RE3 Ice Core Blanket consists of two temperature zones, with an energy transfer that allows it to remain at a sub-zero temperature for extended periods of time, whilst remaining pliable*.
This is the RE3 difference, ensuring the pack can contour closely around the body, and delivering optimum cryotherapy. Its also completely sealed within a waterproof pocket, keeping you dry and comfortable.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Our range of Ice Compression Packs have been designed and built to last. But sometimes the unexpected happens.
- We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
- This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components (or is damaged as a result of abnormal use).
- Punctures to the Ice Core Blanket and normal wear to the item is not warranted.

22/1/2026 TKR in hospital they supplied cold knee compression therpary for swelling and pain which help greatly. Goggling the hospital compression was not only expensive but your restricted to bed.I had seen the RE3 on facebook which I was going to ordered when I came out of hospital. All I had in the hot January spell was ice pack and teatowel which melted pretty quick. I went straight on the site brought RE3 knee pack best thing ever not only did it give me comfort and no pain product came quickly in the post and regualy update with tracking details. I walk small steps around without RE3 falling of my leg. I brought two more ice pack as a back up. Living the best stress free recovering. TQ Leanne

After couple of weeks after a TKR I saw the RE3 advertised and decide to try it. An absolute lifesaver, wish I’d had it sooner. No more ice packs wrapped in tea towels and always sliding off. Pack came with 2 inserts but I recommend getting another 1 or 2 specially with the hot summer we’ve recently been experiencing.
